what would you print?

The initial consultation is free at this time.  Consultations may be done remotely using zoom or over the phone (should the customer and imagine-it associate be in agreement).  If the specifics of the project require an onsite consultation, one will be booked.

All prints require set-up.  We try to waive the set-up fees where possible, however, there may be costs involved with more complex print jobs and jobs performed in difficult or restrictive spaces (eg. stairwell).  An imagine-it customer care consultant will discuss with you the proposed location of the wall print during the initial consultation and any difficulties involved with proceeding in that location.  Some set-ups may require additional charges.  imagine-it will often send a minimum of 2 individuals to your home or business to bring equipment inside and aid with set-up.  You can expect that we will respect your space and take care in moving back and forth between your walls.  All operators are expected to comply with any health and cleanliness protocols issued by the client.  Set-up fees will be assigned on a case by case basis... see more below regarding 'Complex Prints'.

If you can imagine-it, we will do our utmost to ensure you are happy with your design or image before printing it.  Some photos require basic editing where others may require a bit more personal touch.  Whether it's fixing a defect, cropping someone out, or superimposing your dog into a family photo, imagine-it is here to help.  Generally these services start at $45 and up, depending on the complexity and nature of the work and the time commitment involved.  We'd be happy to discuss your design ideas!

All on location wall printing begins at the base rate of $449.  This covers printing up to  1.4m² or 15ft².  Typical prints in this category might be 18"x24", 24"x36", 24"x48", 36"x60".  For larger prints over 1.4m² (15ft²):  Additional square footage will be billed at a rate of  $24/ ft².  If you are conducting a panel print (eg. 3 x 24"x36", with spacing between the images), this would be quoted at base rate + 3 additional square feet charge 

[$449+$72(3x24)].  Projects involving multiple prints in the same visit, totalling more than 1.4m², also will be quoted in the same manner (at the base rate + additional square footage rate above 15ft².)

Specific designs and areas can be a challenge for the wall printer due to printer  operational limitations.  Corners, kickouts, appliances or switches can all be obstacles that can limit your particular design and it is important you discuss your project at full detail with your imagine-it wall printing consultant. Some of these obstacles can be incorporated into your final wall design or a creative solution can be engineered around them. For example,  if working outdoors, uneven surfaces, weather, wind and temperature can affect your project, so it may be necessary to build a platform, create a wind break or even run a heater.  Prints over a specific height may require the assembly of scaffolding or an intermediary construct.  Given the above scenarios, imagine-it may charge extra fees for complex prints, multiple prints, prints over 7'3" in height.  Additional set-up charges may be required between rooms and/or floors even where printing charge is still base rate + additional square footage. For large prints totalling more than 100 square feet, a custom rate will apply, ask your imagine-it representative for a quote.
