The initial consultation is free at this time. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, consultations may be done remotely using zoom or over the phone (should the customer and staff member be in agreement). If the specifics of the project require an onsite consultation, one will be booked and COVID-19 protocols will be followed.
All prints require set-up. We try to waive the set-up fees where possible, however, there may be costs involved with more complex print jobs and jobs performed in difficult or restrictive spaces (eg. stairwell) An imagine-it customer care consultant will discuss with you the proposed location of the wall print during the initial consultation and any difficulties involved with proceeding in that location. Some set-ups may require additional charges. imagine-it will often send a minimum of 2 individuals to your home or business to bring equipment inside and aid with set-up. You can expect that we will respect your space and take care in moving back and forth between your walls. All operators are expected to comply with any COVID-19 protocols issued by the client. Set-up fees may be required in the future as carbon taxes will drive up the cost of getting equipment and personel to and from site.
If you can imagine-it, we will do our utmost to ensure you are happy with your design or image before printing it. Some photos require basic editing where others may require a bit more personal touch. Whether it's fixing a defect, cropping somone out, or superimposing your dog into a family photo, imagine-it is here to help. Generally these services start at $45 and up, depending on the complexity and nature of the work and the time commitment involved. We'd be happy to discuss your design ideas!
Holiday sales or specials may crop up from time to time. You can find them in the Promo listing on the imagine-it Home Page. Any bookings made during the promotional period and consultations made prior to the promotion end date will be applied the promotional discount.
All prints under 1.4m² or 15ft² will be charged out at a base rate of $349. Typical prints in this category might be 18"x24", 24"x36", 24"x48", 36"x60". If you are conducting a panel print (eg. 3 x 24"x36", with spacing between the images), this will be quoted based on the square footage rate. Projects involving multiple prints in the same visit, that total more than 1.4m², will also be quoted at the square footage rate, however, there may be additional fees where additional set-up is required.
All printing totalling more than 1.4m² or 15ft², in the same location and during the same visit, will be billed out at $22/ft². Additional set-up charges may be required between rooms and/or floors. Prices may be subject to change.

Canvas sizing is subject to avalilability. Currently we offer print onto canvas service which will be conducted in-house and delivered or picked up by the customer.

Turn around time is 1-3 days; delivery is available in Calgary for $24.95.
Gift certificates may be acquired for any amount and are redeemable anytime.
You may use them toward future wall printer bookings, image and photo manipulation services, or in-house print on canvas orders. Most canvas orders can be completed within 3 days and delivered for an additional fee of $19.99 inside the City of Calgary.
